What we do: Youth on Boards activates young people (under age 25) to serve as full members of boards of directors and advance climate solutions through board service.
How we do it: Youth on Boards provides training, education, mentorship and consulting services to young people and boards of directors.
Why we do it: We believe that people historically excluded from places of power, including youth, should have a seat at the decision making tables of businesses, nonprofits and governments. We believe that with leadership of those most impacted by the climate crisis at the board level, organizations will invest time, money, and energy into serving the priorities of their communities.
