You’re a Part of the Summer of Community Science!
Whether you found us yourself, or someone you know recommended you join our project, here is what you need to do to join us. You do not need to participate all summer to join, whether you have summer school, a summer job, or summer travel planned, this program is flexible to fit it around your schedule!
1) Watch our onboarding video, it’s very short and tells you what you need to know!
2) Research what projects you would like to commit to. Click the link below to download our PDF with a list of resources and links that take you to websites that have projects from around the world centralized and can make your search easier!
3) Let us know what projects you would like to commit to and submit the links to the projects you are committing to here. The minimum requirement is one, but you are welcome to sign up for more. In the past we have had teens sign up for as many as three projects at once!
4) At the end of each month please submit to us how much data you have collected. This can be as simple as sharing screenshots of your dashboard with us.
This will answer all FAQs and include all links to submit, as well as resources to help you select which project YOU want to do.
